exchangePRIME

exchangePRIME

exchangePRIME is a highly-optimized and ultra-low latency hybrid securities exchange platform. It can act as Exchange, ECN, MTF (Europe), or ATS (Canada). It is designed to be operated by any investment firm or market operator — brokers, market makers, investment banks, stock exchanges — that brings together multiple third-party buying and selling interests in financial instruments.

The platform is built on a rule-based, distributed, and fault tolerant technology, enabling it to be highly reliable, scalable, and flexible. It also provides sub-microsecond connectivity for HFT and algorithmic trading firms.

The business case

  • Enter the venue business without a decade of R&D. Whether you are a broker launching an internal crossing network, a market maker starting an ATS, or a firm seeking an MTF licence in Europe, the platform maps to your regulatory model out of the box.
  • Latency is the product. Sub-microsecond connectivity means the algorithmic and HFT clients — the highest-volume participants — have a reason to connect, and to stay.
  • Fault tolerance is a commercial promise. A venue that goes down for even minutes loses both reputation and flow. The distributed, fault tolerant core is what makes your uptime guarantee credible.
  • Rules without re-engineering. The rule-based core lets you list new instruments and adjust market models as regulations evolve — configuration and rules, not code forks.
